Description
Develops testing plans and scenarios in accordance with the functional requirement, detailspecification, and project plans.Manages test activities to ensure requirements are met and finds multiple ways to make thesoftware break.Reports testing results and findings that don't meet quality standards.Retests problems after they are resolved by development.Performs functionality, regression, performance, stress and system level tests.Conducts product testing for the targeted environment (testing on multiple firm PCplatforms/images).Analyzes the results and reports issues/problems via defect reports.Responsible for certifying the software against functional requirements.May use automated testing tools to facilitate testing.Interacts with developers, business analysts, and project managers.Contributes to project plans by detailing the expected level of effort and time required,and consistently meets the allocated milestones.
