Description
Define Business specific build components and automation to support automated client builds. Provide support for junior L2 administrators with hardware, storage and network problems as necessary and perform root cause analysis Assist clients in debugging application problems and issues Assist with escalations from Level 1 Ops and Level 2 Junior SA staff Participate in engineering and technical reviews of new hardware and architecture Communicate with global technology and business partners. Rotate on call coverage including off hours support Regular meetings with GBT and Business teams to ensure proper level of support is provided Provide testing and evaluation of new builds, hardware and technical solutions provided by Engineering Update run book documentation and known error database on a continual basis to ensure run books are current and enable quicker time to resolution Review metrics on tickets closed.
