Complete projects deliverables within set timelines and quality standards.4+ years progressive experience/responsibilities in the are of design, development and support of IVR applications on Nortel/Periphonics platform.Experience with large scale IVR implementations.Must have experience integrating IVR with various backend systems, databases, telephony interfaces and CTI environments.Experience with Nortel/Periphonics MPS 500/1000 IVR platform.Experience with Speech Recognition and TexttoSpeech.C and Shell scripting.SQL/Oracle.Poweruser knowledge of Unix/Solaris.Bachelor
