Description
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent industry technical writing experience. A minimum of 2 year IT change management experience with a solid understanding of IT concepts and fundamentals is required. Strong process (and associated controls) development, documentation, and implementation skills with prior Information Technology process implementation experience is required. Experience in healthcare related industry with understanding of business drivers and dynamics is preferred. ITIL Foundation Certification or experience implementing ITIL processes in a corporate IT environment would be an asset. Remedy ITIL Healthcare
