Description
Coordinate the development, testing and implementation of completed applications. Coordinate the preparation of both IS procedural and end user documentation Prepare and coordinate usertraining sessions to support the IS applications developed. Establish postimplementation maintenance support to users. Participate in evaluations and feasibility studies to provide management with recommendations on software and hardware selections. Research and analyze technical issues and business opportunities to identify and recommend cost effective solutions. Conduct vendor research and evaluations to address business needs. Coordinate vendor activity related to specific business and technical integration projects. Coordinate with vendors as appropriate during the configuration and implementation of third party software and the installation of new releases, software enhancements and bug fixes.
