Knowledge of TPAPKnowledge of SRM / CCMDB / TAMIT / or EAM is necessary to understand the process and all the components.Technical skills... like Access, Excel, data manipulation, database skills, SQL, etc.This is an IBM Tivoli Maximo for IT. This is ITIL based service desk software which is integrated with IT asset management and the control of incidents and problems of those assets.Understanding of the data model of Maximo and Peregrine and ideally the Java and DB2 skills to port data from the legacy system and make it useable in the new system. Plus they should have good communication to explain value and the negotiation skills to implement and bring the solution to resolution.
