Description
The Ticketless Retirement Team is responsible for converting billions of dollars worth of existing ticket sales to a new system. This project is critical to the success of the overall SWA portfolio. The Team is made up of senior individuals who work well together and enjoy solving complex problems. The successful delivery of this project opens the door to many new capabilities that SWA plans to begin implementing once this and other dependent projects are complete. This Team is highly visible.This person would be responsible for gathering requirements, clearly documenting Business processes, helping develop test scenarios and cases and assisting with system testing. They should be able to think out of the box and come up with creative solutions to complex problems. It is expected they can work independently with minimal guidance and direction. They should be a selfstarter and enjoy working in an environment where schedules are short
