Description
5+ years of business analysis experience that includes Gathering business requirements by conducting meetings/interviews. Ensuring the solution design meets the customer's prioritized business requirements. Coordination, development and execution of system and acceptance test plans. Creation and/or review of manuals, howto procedures, and related user documentation. Ensures documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience. Training clients, and/or supports clients on use of the new system Experience implementing and working with vendor based software solutions. Experience with hosting and leading web conferencing.
