Description
Use the Vertex user maintained Decision Matrix (TDM), that is used within the Vertex Sales Calculation module, to determine product eligibility. Translate Vertex structure to Xerox legacy structure to ensure sales tax decision accuracy and not drive up customer inquiries, billing errors and tax adjustments A solution to store the actual image of the TEC document that will be connected to the Vertex Exemption Certificate manager to enable showing of the image when required by the business. The current thought is that the repository will be DocuShare.Integration required between Order Entry System (Valuequix) and ECM to determine Tax Exempt eligibility and handle interaction exchange. Assuming electronic conversion of TEC documents into repository, enable the linkage to TEC for inquiry purposes.
