Description
Support the Pharma New Jersey Siebel 6.3 SFA application and the Pharma NJ Siebel 7.8 call center application. You will also be required to participate in the development work for any new CRMrelated applications implemented at the New Jersey site. In this position you must be able to work in a team environment, to contribute to resolving issues and problems and you must be able to provide effective business solutions when asked. You will also be required to ensure compliance to all BCBS SOP's and processes. Support Serve as secondlevel support for the Dedicated Help Desk (currently DirectPointe for Pharma sales reps); serve as secondlevel support backup for the Diabetes Care Siebel Call Center application and Siebel analytics; serve as secondlevel support backup for the Siebel systems in NJ Sales Force Automation Application (Insight). Version number is 6.3 and call center application (Intouch) version is 7.8 Configuration
