Facets Operations Production Support Analytical day to day support for Enrollment and Billing system enhancements. Analysis and research of moderately complex system problems, coordinating with IT and tracking to resolution Development, documentation and communication of alternative workarounds for system defects Perform Facets UAT Testing as required in resolving system defects. This position does not include management/staff reporting responsibilities
