Description
Implementing tool requirements using programming constructs found within BMC Remedy AR System including midtier and ITSM; to extend existing OOB functionality and develop new functionality to support Visa requirements using Remedy code and API as well as .net and other technologies. Coding and architectural practice development and review for team membersShould have a good understanding of the integration capabilities of the AR System including midtier and the Help desk, Change, Problem, Task, SLM, SRM, Reporting and Analytics and have a working knowledge of the Remedy API, web services and standard relational database concepts. Should be a selfstarter with ability to get work done independently, but guide and mentor other members of the team to achieve their technical potential.Work with globally distributed teams for development, administration, and infrastructure
