1. Strong (5+ years) Java experience (in the trenches) 2. J2EE Experience 3. Strong (5+ years) Java Architect background 4. Ability to mentor others in Java Architecture 5. WebSphere application server experience 6. CICS Transaction Gateway experience 7. CVS Concurrent Versioning System 8. STRUTS experience 9. 2+ yrs of RDMBS experience (DB2/SQL/JDBC) 10. WSAD experience at least 6 months 11. JSP/Servlet development experience 12. 2+ yrs of programming in an iterative/continuous integration environment 13. Object Oriented Analysis 14. UNIX15 JBoss16. Must be a Team player17. Excellent communication skills
