Provides functional and configuration knowledge in designing ETL solutions Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between Informatica and other data warehouse/business intelligence tools & designs, and troubleshoots in the area with this knowledgeConducts or participates in user requirements gathering and documentation designs. Provides alternatives based on best practices for data integration and ETL, and Informatica toolset functionality.Develops functional specifications and works with technical resources to complete object development and testingDevelopment and documentation of technical designs, including mappings and logic for translations, transformations in Informatica;Ability to coordinate with tech support team to populate staging tables/data repositories using the Informatica toolset (against underlying database)Initiates and designsin business
