Requirements system conversion experience including mapping / 'as is' and 'to be' / gap analysis large, complex project experience banking experience is strongly preferred brings a strategic 'big picture' analytical approach facilitation, negotiation, excellent communicator application rewrites and conversions experience in Java/J2EE Technologies knowledge of Cobol is a great plus Must have experience working on agile projects Experience on other project methodologies a plus Must have experience identifying, planning and estimating Analysis and Build Tasks
