Experience programming in C# is the most essential skill. Knowledge and exposure using .NET framework v3.5. Knowledge or exposure of WPF (Windows presentation foundation), WCF (Windows Communication Foundation). Experience with XAML and expression blend. Candidate must have experience working with C# on desktop applications.
