Develop designs and implementation plans for Citrix 4.5 and applications hosted in the farm, Specific to projects with a workathome or offshore goal.o Knowledge transfer to staff on emerging technologies and intricacies of Citrix 4.5.o Assessment, design, and implementation of Citrix 4.5 features and functions which will permit more applications to be hosted in the Citrix farm.o Project team participation converting business requirements into technology designs that meet the business needs. o Analyze emerging thin client technologies and develop appropriate designs. o Implement a migration plan for users that are currently in a fat client
