Description
Project/Program Mgmt Managing execution of technical project tasks and activities to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and at the expected level of quality by creating architectural decision documents; running technical status meetings, conducting design walkthroughs; conducting work product inspections, including code reviews; managing technical issues and change management processes; procuring and assigning technical resources to project tasks; interfacing with technical support staff; and providing task estimates to the Project Manager. Following Project Management methodology. Controlling and monitoring technical task completion and milestones relative to the overall project management plan; evaluating and adjusting resource assignments, as required; making recommendations to change plans to reduce risk; compiling technical team status information for status reports and forecasting future costs related to technical project tasks and resources.
