Description
This position requires technical knowledge and experience of Windows Infrastructure technology with the emphasis on Microsoft Exchange 2003/2017, Windows Active Directory, Outlook Web Access, and Outlook 2003/2017. This knowledge must be based on experience with supporting large deployments. Prior knowledge or experience with Symantec Enterprise Vault for Exchange and Discovery Accelerator is a plus. Working knowledge with SMTP mail flow, SMTP appliances, antivirus, antispam, Intel servers and configurations, SAN technology, and clustering also required. Technical experience with wireless email devices such as Blackberry and Windows Mobile is a plus. Individiual must possess the following soft skills Excellent client service skills including the ability to vary style to client knowledge level. Ability to troubleshoot issues over the phone. Be able to work well independently as well as with a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
