Description Business Objects resource with deep knowledge of the Knowledge Accelerator to help facilitate user training. This resource will work on the back end to organize the training materials that are contained in Knowledge Accelerator, customize them for the client, and prepare for the materials to be delivered by a trainer (our resource will not actually be training).
