Description
This person will lead their Customer Care Systems team and be responsible for delivering software solutions to the 'Client's' Customer Care and Repair division around their internal trouble ticketing / contact mgmt application which is Remedy. This person will participate in the full life cycle from requirements gathering, development, and testing. So this person will need to be a self starter as interface with multiple business groups and complete task with minimal supervision. They will be responsible for implementing new features and enhancements and collaborate with users to define requirements for the application improvements. Required skills and Experience 5 years of Software Development Experience 3+ years of experience in Remedy and ARS 7.0 3+ years of database experience in SQL and Oracle Must have experience on both UNIX & Windows platforms Must have web development experience in Perl, Web Services, ASP, XML
