Description
Using defined template and process, document current business processes used in Kaiser's Alameda HR Service Center. Minimum 5 years experience in business analysis and/or technical writing writing samples are requested Minimum 1 year exposure to PeopleSoft HCM and CRM applications Minimum 3 years experience with HR business practices Significant involvement in at least one PeopleSoftSignificant involvement in at least one PeopleSoft HCM implementation, conversion or upgrade Prior knowledge of HRIS policies, procedures, systems and tools Kaiser HR knowledge/experience highly desireable Familiarity with current HR SOX requirements and methodologies Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Snag it, Excel, Microsoft Project and Visio Excellment communication skills and team player
