At least 6 years strong handson integration development experience 3 years of experience implementing Integration solutions using an ESB and SOA toolset, preferably WebSphere ESB and WebSphere Integration Developer 3 years experience with XML, XSD, XSL, XSLT Experience in application design and development utilizing Java/J2EE, Oracle database technologies, and UML Experience implementing Web Services implementations using WSDL and SOAP Ability to work in a team oriented environment Assist and mentor team members in project deliverables Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
