Service Delivery Manager ( SDM ) will manage the Services as defined withinthis SOW in support of the hardware described in Section 10 under this SOW(the Services ). Service Delivery Manager will coordinate the activities tobe performed under this SOW. The Service Delivery Manager will serve as thesinglepointofcontact for all communications and any modification to thescope, requirements or responsibilities under this SOW.
