. Scripting skills (Vi, Perl, Shell, MS SQL). Deep understanding of user/group permissions and attributes on Linux Servers. Strong general Linux OS Administrator skills (SuSE 10.1). Familiarity and experience with the various error logs and troubleshooting resources on Linux servers. Selfmotivated, able to work independently with a lowtomedium level of direction. Solid understanding of networking concepts that relate to server NICs and network connectivity. Familiar with Linux server alert monitoring software and configuration. Familiar with SOD/SOX concepts and their impact on server administration
