Description
Proven ability to develop and implement performance testing solutions in a black box and white box manner.. At least 3 years of object orientated development experience. At least 3 years using an off the shelf performance testing tool (Silk Performer). Experience utilizing SQL reporting services to report results . Flexibility in approach. Equal ability to work on the technical and nontechnical aspects of software testing. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Must have the ability to present solutions to technical and nontechnical project members. Experience working in an agile development process is a plus.
