Description
Provide Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management support to a Global customer base for Business Process and SAP functional activities. Work with key stakeholders to agree priorities and timelines for delivery. Carry out detailed impact assessments for proposed change requests, proposing alternative costeffective solutions where appropriate. Evaluate, develop, test and arrange release of SAP developments according to the GSK validation procedures. Deliver high quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
