Description
. 5+ years experience with Linux system administration (Red Hat Enterprise Linux or similar OS). . 3+ Experience managing public facing, front end web servers/web sites, including configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting. . 3+ years experience with Apache server configuration and management. . 3+ years experience with JBoss application server configuration and management. . 3+ years experience shell scripting and/or other programming (Perl, Python) to accomplish various tasks. . 3+ years MySQL Database configuration and management experience. . Firm understanding and experience with TCP/IP networking concepts and principles. . Firm understanding and experience working with both hardware (Netscreen preferable) and software (iptables) based firewalls. . Strong security background and experience.
