Description
Your job will involve servicing developers and IBTS members of FICC business stream to meet business objectives Must have experience in managing RAC, DataGuard and Broker environments, Goldengate replication with Oracle 10g and 9i on Sun Solaris & Linux Develop and implement scalable and robust architecture to meet business led growth Logical & physical database design Server, query and application performance tuning Replication setup and administration Develop procedures for database monitoring, maintenance, backup, recovery and automated alerts Scripting language (ksh, perl) Use Basic tools like PL/SQL, Export/Import, SQL Loader etc. Indepth knowledge in different disasterrecovery and backup/recovery procedures Strong experience in supporting production and non production environments Experience with tools such as OEM Grid control, Veritas control center, Prior experience supporting trading applications a big plus
