Description
Microstrategy Support Administrator with the following background. Must have experience with Data Modeling, MicroStrategy Infrastructure and Application Administration using Desktop, Architect and Administrator. Manage Narrowcast environment for report delivery for both time and event based scheduling. Manage multiple environments (Development, QA, and Production) for object migrations and software upgrades. Investigate and resolve issues or errors with MicroStrategy's platform Intelligence Server, Web Server and Narrowcast. Working with users to resolve reporting issues, performance issues, and managing planned and unplanned outages. Experience in gathering report requirements and defining key metrics for reporting. Experience developing dynamic, presentation quality dashboards and advanced reports.
