HR Time Evaluation IBM will provide one consultant for three weeks onsite to lead a blueprinting exercise to determine the scope/effort needed to implement Time Evaluation at TKSUSA. Primary focus will be around defining time/pay rules, absence/attendance types and work schedules. Deliverables include Design Workshops Conduct data gathering & design validation workshops Blueprint Document Develop SAP PDDs (Process Definition Document), Process Flow & business requirement or justification for the configuration template Project Plan Supplement the current Project Work Plan to include HR
