Description
The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years handson experience in direct support or development of Tandembased applications, administration, or infrastructure. Ideally the candidate would have handson experience with 3rd party agent based software (i.e. HP OVO, UC4). Candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to communicate well across multiple departments is required to facilitate problem resolution and escalation of environment issues. Qualified candidates must be a quick learner and self sufficient. Working experience with TIBCO would be helpful. Clearcase, Java, and Weblogic experience is highly desirable.
