Description
Develop and modify Speech IVR applications of bilingual applications in English and Spanish, including administering bilingual speech through applications. Prepare and coordinate rollout documentation. Handle unit test changes and coordinate Integration testing efforts. Troubleshoot postproduction issues, and suggest and implement quick solutions, in a fastpaced environment. Provide help with speech recordings. Manage local database changes, writing SQL scripts. Develop suitable design and implement it in software programs for all Business Applications involving the Interactive Voice Response channel.
