eRoom, Windows 2003, Clustering, Active Directory, MSDTC/Site Minder, fine tuning, integration, IIS Description The daytoday responsibilities of the position Do daytoday eRoom application administration and support Troubleshoot eRoom/windows clustering/Active Directory integration/Site Minder/MSDTC integration issues in the eRoom environment Provide eRoom usage and other platform metrics to closely monitor the environment to help manage the environment effectively and to ensure compliance with vendor specified limits and rules. Provide and implement fine tuning of the environment as needed working with GOS team, Microsoft and EMC engineers Metrics to monitor and ensure compliance with various business rules Resolution of issues reported working with other teams as needed in a timely mannerList of hard skills required in order of priority Please note, all skills are of equal importance and are all required for this positioneRoom administration eRo
