Description
C++, preferably with STL (standard template library) and database interface library (i.e., dbtools) experience 40% Experienced in PL/SQL programming on Oracle 9i or later, performance tuning 30% Unix development; shell scripting (ksh), perl. 30% Understanding of multithreaded programming concepts, i.e., critical sections, locking, etc. Experienced in working on huge sets of data in database (bulk inserts, deletes, etc.) Oracle's database interface library OCI/OCCI Proficient in Oracle software developing using stored procedures, triggers, packages, exception handling, SQL querying complex joins, correlated subqueries, inline views Experience in performance tuning, profiling of stored procedures and SQL through a variety of tools and applications
