Description
There are two environments, a redundant geographically diverse Linux blade server farm and a RedHat Cluster.The blades will run the Advanced Messaging Hub applications which are sets of multiple redundant, multithreaded, naked Java processes. There will be management, routing, statistics and alerting subsystems. It is anticipated that the blades will run in a Grid Computing configuration.The cluster will collect the audit, troubleshooting and billing data from the blade farm and load it to a redundant MySQL database for reporting, analytics and the like.The project is nearing design completion and is slated to be in a pilot production state by April 1, 2009.There are 4 positions that are open Positions 1 and 2 should meet the requirements listed on page 1 (Technical Skill Requirements) Position 3 should meet the mandatory requirements listed on page 1 (Technical Skill Requirements), PLUS Have 35 years of DBA [MySQL(mandatory)/Oracle (desired)] e
