Description
Work with the functional and technical teams to plan one or more of the following assembly, system, data integrity and performance. Assess risk and document testing strategy to ensure appropriate testing coverage for each release and seek final signoff from stakeholders. Identify tasks and estimate work effort required to implement testing strategy, and collaborate with Test Lead to include testing effort in release work plan. Create Test cases, Test scripts and Data Integrity checks for data and ETL fixes and enhancements as well as routine ETL operational monitoring. Utilize SQL and Oracle PL/SQL to effectively identify and report defects, create testing data sets and assure data quality. Define and document all testing environment requirements and tools required to implement the testing strategy. Manage the defect tracking process to ensure that defect tracking is properly addressed (identification, fixing, retesting and migration of defects).
