Assists in the design, development, and deployment of WebSphere architecture standards, Development Installs, configures, and maintains WebSphere application softwareConducts regular performance testing and tuningTroubleshoots development and production issues associated with WebSphereApplies system updates and patches to WebSphere servers. Monitor and performance tune WebSphere serversSynchronizes different WebSphere environments on demand. Assists with application builds and deployments Coordinates with Data and Development Teams to ensure established Standards are followed, works closely with and trains when required, the Rich Internet Application (RIA) developers
