Description
This position will serve as the Sr. Level Analyst/Programmer for the Genomics and Newborn Screening (NBS) Program. The Genomics and NBS program has developed a suite of applications inhouse to collect and monitor NBS data for client service, public health surveillance and Federal Title V Reporting. This position will lead in the support of this suite of systems as well as development of new applications and integration with other systems in support of Genomics and NBS program requirements. The NBS System serves more than 88,000 newborns annually and is critical to providing adequate followup and referral to those infants identified with an abnormal birth condition.
