Duties and assignments are complex. Scope is multifaceted impacting multiple systems, processes, and business units or the entire companyDesigns, researches, and develops technological applications and solutions. Plans and/or leads system integration testing. Leads design sessions. Leads code review sessions and ensures changes are made to code. Provides estimates of time and required resources to complete assigned projects. Provides development work breakdown structures and monitors project progressions. Mentors staff and provides work leadership or guidance to others. May manage small teams. Assignments provide opportunity to gain leadership experience
