Description
The Business Analyst/Business Administrator is responsible for support to the business community for the Every Document Now Available (EDNA) electronic Document Management System (eDMS). This position serves as the primary and initial first contact for the EDNA user community and is responsible for the investigation of business related user issues. This position will serve as a primary liaison between the user community and the technical support team, providing initial triage for user issues and escalating those deemed to be technical in nature to the technical support team. This position is responsible to recommendation potential enhancements to the EDNA system from a business process perspective. The business Analyst/Business Administrator will also be responsible to represent the technical interests to the business and the business interests to the technical team. This position must use judgment on a momenttomoment basis in most daytoday decisions.
