Ensure the success of clients through direct ownership of a Client account. Build a longterm service relationship that will drive client loyalty and fuel growth opportunities. Manage Client account relationships and successfully fulfill commitments on service level agreements. Assist Clients with the optimum utilization of their JDE application through best practices implementation advice.
