Report on implementation project plan status to executive staff Develop a contingency plan Provide communications for campus distribution and to Executive Steering Understand and document integration points and dependencies with legacy systems Overall implementation project plan owner Responsible for execution of the implementation project plan Coach University employees to pass on bestpractices and skills so others can assume these responsibilities in the future Work with the Integration Team, the Environment Management Team, and the Database Team to incorporate their activities in the implementation plan.
