Description
Incumbents will provide support for all voice services, (premise/network) utilized by the AMEX client as part of the voice engineering team supporting the recently signed EDS/AMEX outsourcing engagement. Strong knowledge of Avaya voice products required including PBX programming skills/knowledge Vectors, VDNs, Call Flows etc. Test and turn up skills/knowledge required. Incumbent must be familiar with the process to reboot and back up Avaya voice equipment. Interface with end users to gather Skill Experience Need 1) Avaya Products Expert Required 2) Client interface Expert Required 3) Written/Vervbal communication Expert Required 4)
