Broad CC&B Functional Knowledge with experience across multiple functional areas, ie; orders, billing, finance, etc Lead Gap Analysis sessions with client Assist in project planning Configuration experience with ability to teach process Demonstrated ability to develop CC&B functional specifications for customization, reports and interfaces Coach fellow team members Testing leadership and planning Development and execution of test scripts SQL or other querying tool(s) experience MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Word, Visio, Project
