Description
The Department of Public Instruction (DPI) is seeking a short term (approx. 672 hrs) contractor to provide database management services.SCOPE OF WORK This resource will work with various managers to upgrade approximately 30 existing 6.5, 2000, & 2003 MS SQL databases to MS SQL 2018. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Experience migrating older MS SQL databases to MS SQL 2018 is a must, Excellent documentation skills, Strong analytical, problemsolving, and troubleshooting skills, Thorough understanding of database structures and design, Excellent oral and written communication skills, Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple concurrent assignments, Ability to understand and interpret business and technical requirements, Project management skills to effectively manage the efforts activities and
