Description
ITIL Release Coordinator Will be responsible for tracking and managing components through Integration, Testing, and Release in support of Server Management Will be responsible for working in the Altiris Server Management Suite to create collections and reports Will be responsible for compliance scripts to ensure fleet is compliant to standards Will be required to provide 3rd level expert support to server support team Create and review detailed technical documentation Measures performance and impact of service by metric development, collection, monitoring and reporting
