Description
Description The OCIO Voice Services team is seeking a qualified individual to provideapplication development on Nortel MPS 500 systems. This is a short term (1to 2 year) assignment. A key in determining a qualified individual to fillthis position will be a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain IVR andspeech recognition applications on the MPS platform. This individual willalso be required to mentor and train State FTE staff in developingapplications on the MPS platform. This individual will be responsible forthe ongoing development of existing State staff by assisting in establishingcoding standards, identifying best practices and conducting both oneononeand group sessions pertaining to design, testing and implementation of MPSand Nuance applications. Primary Skills COBOL, JAVA, Project Management etc.
