Description
Provide day to day support for Sybase dataserver including backup and recovery. Monitor dataserver server performance and tune it as required. Insure dataserver availability across various environments and take quick action on problems.Interface with development, operations and client support teams for appropriate support.Provide physical and logical database administration.Write and modify existing scripts to automate tasks.Provide Oncall support in rotation and weekend work is required.
