CCIE Certified individual with Network Design, Gateway/Gatekeeper, Cisco CVP and DialPeers experience to support some of AT&Ts largest customers which would include Continental Airlines, Best Buy, IRS, Microsoft, Citigroup, UPS, Blue Cross Blue Shield, PR Newswire and many more. Job Description Provide customer support on Cisco ICM, CVP, IPCC platforms. Support the customers Scripting and Networks. Must have excellent communication skills and excellent phone skills. Required Certifications Certification One CCIE Certification Two CCNA Skills Inventory Skill Experience Need 1) Cisco ICM Expert Required 2) Cisco CVP Expert Required 3) Cisco IPCC Expert Required 4) Gatekeeper/Gateways Expert Required 5) Cisco ICM Scripting Expert Required 6) Newworks Expert Required
